    SACRAMENTO — Police are investigating after two pedestrians were hit and killed in two separate incidents on Thursday night. The first crash happened about 7:17 p.m. near Marysville Boulevard and Roanoke Avenue in Sacramento.     MODESTO — A fire destroyed a mobile home on Oakdale Road in Modesto on Thursday afternoon, fire officials said.      OROVILLE — Immediate evacuations were ordered Sunday for residents in parts of Butte, Sutter and Yuba counties, according to officials with the California Department of Water Resources.     OAKLAND — The so-called “Bearded Bandit” was sentenced Thursday to 45 months in prison for a string of bank robberies that covered much of Northern California. Kenneth Michael Ellis, 31, of Stockton, pleaded guilty on Nov. 16 to eight counts of unarmed bank robbery and agreed to pay more than $28,000 in restitution, according to the FBI.
