The next day, a 21-year-old Tulare woman fell into the Kaweah River and was swept away downstream.     STOCKTON — Stockton police are searching for two suspects in a deadly shooting. At 6:11 a.m. Sunday, a man was found on West Acacia Street and Buena Vista Avenue with a gunshot wound, according to a post by the Stockton Police Department.     SUISUN CITY — Police are searching for two men who followed a car Saturday, shooting at its windows and narrowly missing its passengers, including a 1-year-old sitting the back seat.     SACRAMENTO — A new father and an 18-year-old were both killed in a crash Thursday on Power Inn Road, a street neighbors and police say is known for being dangerous. Tony Martinez, 45, was riding southbound on Power Inn Road on his motorcycle. A Honda traveling northbound turned left on 53rd Avenue, colliding with Martinez.     ELK GROVE — Box cars are still littered alongside the Dillard Road tracks more than two months after a Union Pacific freight train became derailed there.
