FOX40 is looking for 8-10 energetic and outgoing individuals to join our Street Team. This is a part-time, on-call position during our busy events season, that will be employed April – October. The ideal candidate will be organized, hard-working, responsible and capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment. Individuals who excel as Street Team members may be asked to stay on during the winter months.

The Street Team members will act as FOX40 brand ambassadors at on-site promotions, in addition to other in-office duties as needed within the FOX40 Promotions Department. On-site responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with FOX40 events, set-up/tear-down of equipment, interacting with the general public and driving the station vehicle. Duties within the Promotions Department will include but are not limited to assisting with event preparation (packing event materials, gassing and washing van, loading van), sharing event photos on FOX40 facebook and twitter pages, assisting with promotional shoots and other general office duties as needed.

KTXL/FOX40 is looking for an Information Systems Engineer to be a part of our Engineering Department. This opportunity allows the qualified applicant to expand their career in the IS field assisting the IS Manager in network and infrastructure support, but also, become familiar and acquire experience with the broadcast operations of FOX40.

Minimum requirements are a 2 year degree and/or hands-on computer support and networking experience, a background in broadcast is preferred.

Knowledge of Windows XP & Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 & 2008, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Linux, Apple OS X software, hardware, and networking is essential. Cisco, Microsoft, and/or CompTIA certifications are a plus, but not required.
