STOCKTON-
Stockton Police are hoping to solve their first homicide of 2013, and released a sketch drawing of the alleged suspect.
A witness to Sunday morning’s shooting worked with Police to make this sketch. The suspect is described as a black man in his early 20’s, standing about 5’6’’ and weighing about 170lbs.
He is accused of killing 34-year-old Bryant Lee Howell. Howell was found with a gunshot wound near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Lincoln Street. He was taken to the hospital, but later died.
