Davis was arrested for shooting at his back fence.

A man is under arrest after using his back fence for target practice, sending rifle shot into his neighbor’s yard and home.
Wednesday morning, a Stockton homeowner alerted police about a bullet hole in the back of their house.
Based on the trajectory, investigators determined the shot had come from a home on the other side of the fence.
When investigators talked to that homeowner, 23-year-old Levon Davis, they learned he had been joking with his girlfriend earlier this week. Davis pasted her photo on the back fence, took out his rifle and used the photo for target practice.
Davis was unaware a bullet went through the fence into a nearby house.
He was arrested and faces charges of negligent discharge of a firearm.
