Giants Take Game 3, One Game Away from Taking World Series

The San Francisco Giants beat the Detroit Tigers 2-0 Saturday night in Game 3 of the 2012 World Series in Detroit.

The Giants now lead the series 3-0, and are one game away from winning the Fall Classic.

San Francisco scored two RBI singles from Gregor Blanco and Brandon Crawford in the second. The Tigers were able to keep the Giants from scoring again for the rest of the game.

The Giants will play the Tigers again Sunday in Detroit’s Comerica Park.
