The United States Navy’s bizarre PSA about abusing bath salts is popping up everywhere.

In the six-and-a-half-minute video, Lt. George Loeffler, a psychiatry resident at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, talks about what bath salts are capable of doing to the human body and mind.

“These people are jacking up their brains with the stuff that they’re doing,” Loeffler says in the video.

Preceding Loeffler’s description of the drug is a two-minute “point-of-view” dramatization about someone taking bath salts. The man gets a package in the mail, snorts the drug, vomits and watches his girlfriend and his roommate turn into monsters.
