California Highway Patrol officers arrested a man early Monday morning after finding him with black tar heroin, meth and a cane sword.

Officers say they pulled over a Mercedes for drifting in and out of its lane near Wilson Way and Alpine Avenue in Stockton.

As they approached the car, officers say they saw the driver, Ernie Juarez, put something down his pants. Juarez was taken into custody immediately.

Officers found Juarez to have some black tar heroin, about half an ounce if crystal meth and a cane sword.

He was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for drug and weapons charges.
