Get going on Mojo Mondays with Bethany Crouch and Lorri Ann Code of Mama Bootcamp- but make sure you take steps to prevent injuries.
1. Warm up before and Stretch after exercise to prevent injury
2. Don’t Workout On Empty: Eat about 2 hours before exercise and drink 16 oz. of water to replace fluids you’ll lose during your workout
3. Don’t forget the R & R–Rest and Recovery
