SACRAMENTO-

The 10th anniversary of the beginning of the Iraq War is tough for homeless veteran Mark Dement.

Marine Lance Corporal Dement served in both Afghanistan and Iraq. He is now suffering from stage-four cancer and has only months to live.

His dying wish is to find his sister, Sandra Garcia. Dement says they’ve been apart for 18 years.
