Boston Police are reporting two people have died after at least two explosions outside a downtown hotel, mere feet from the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

They also report between 23 and 28 people are injured.

Video from Boston-area tv stations show the explosions happened about 4 hours and 9 minutes into the race, with a handful of runners nearing the finish line at the time.

There is still no clear idea of who, or what may have caused the explosions. Boston Police are planning a press conference a little later Monday afternoon. Watch the press conference live on FOX40.com/live.
