Woodland Police are looking for a man they believe stabbed his mother and stepfather Monday night.
Officers say neighbors had called to report that 30-year-old Salvador Fierro Jr. was in a fight with his mother along Edwards Circle. As police were on their way, they got another report that Fierro was holding a knife and fighting with his stepfather.
When officers showed up, they tended to the life-threatening stab wounds to both people. They were rushed to the hospital.
Woodland Police say officers set up a perimeter to catch Fierro, but couldn’t find him.
Fierro is wanted for attempted homicide. He’s considered armed and dangerous. Fierro is described as five feet seven inches tall, about 146 pounds with brown eyes and black, braided hair.
Anyone with information about where Fierro is is asked to call Woodland Police at (530) 666-2411.
