Police say they have arrested a man wanted for robbing a driver waiting at the drive-thru of a Stockton Jack in the Box.

The robbery happened just before 3:30 a.m. at the Jack in the Box along W Charter Way, off of I-5.

A 17-year-old boy waiting at the drive-thru told police that a man walked up to him and told him “I have a gun.”

That man then reached into the car and took his chain, wallet and hat. He ran from the area, but was found by officers nearby.

Eddy Almeda, 22, is now under arrest for robbery charges.
