ROSEVILLE–
The voiceless members of law enforcement need your help.
“There’s a lot of needs these dogs have, but they can’t say ‘hey, it’s too hot for me right now’ like humans do,” Said Deputy Shawn Rosner, of the Placer County Sheriffs Department.
Rosner, and the Foothills K9 non-profit organization are raising money for the Cover Your K9 Campaign.
“These dogs need bullet proof vests like we do” Rosner said.
100 percent of the proceeds from the Cover Your K9 Campaign go to providing bulletproof vests and safety equipment for K9s in Northern California. To donate to the campaign, go to http://www.coveryourk9.org
