An Auburn woman was arrested Saturday afternoon after chasing another woman with a knife through a house near Lincoln Way and East Electric Street.
Amanda Standridge, 26, had a dispute with a man and woman in the home, barging in around 2:50 p.m. She began hitting the woman, and then the man when he tried to intervene. Standridge chased the woman with a knife, breaking several windows before police arrived.
Standridge was detained by police and taken to Placer County Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, battery, vandalism, and trespassing. Standridge’s bail is set at $25,000.
