Cops: Men Throw Beer into Store, Punch Loss Prevention Officer

Stockton Police say two men walked out of a store on East March Lane with cases of beer that they didn’t pay for Wednesday night.

Loss prevention officers followed the two men outside. According to officers, one of the men threw some beer back into the store while the other punched one of the loss prevention officers.

Police say the pair drove off in a blue Mercury Cougar.

Both men were described as Hispanic. One was about five-feet-five-inches tall and between 250 and 300 pounds. He was wearing a pink t-shirt and black pants and had a long, black ponytail. The other was about 6 feet tall and 35 years old, and also had a black ponytail. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
