On the one year anniversary of a devastating fire, Party Concierge is bouncing back.

A five-alarm fire swept through two large buildings in the Richards Boulevard area last summer, which destroyed the business and gutted a warehouse.

The blaze caused $5 million in losses. Thirty-thousand square-feet of party props up in smoke.

Party Concierge specializes in party decor and design. Their new location, which they say resembles a large fire station, sits near the California Lottery headquarters. The building is more than a thousand square feet larger than the old one.

Aside from their new digs, the company unveiled their KUKA robot Tuesday. The machine cuts custom designs to create props out of wood, foam, ice or metal using 3D scans.
