An after-school activity “team leader” was arrested Tuesday for allegedly molesting two teen boys.

Julia Lagos, an employee of the Mission Oaks Parks and Recreation District, was assigned to an after-school program at Starr King Elementary in Carmichael called “Bridges,” where students can stay after class to get help on their homework.

The program is geared toward 3rd and 4th grade students, but Lagos’ alleged victims were slightly older.

Detectives say Lagos, 19, and the boys met after the program hours at a nearby park.

Lagos reportedly admitted to having sexual contact with the boys, according to investigators.
