Stockton Police arrested a man on the U.S. Marshal’s top 10 most wanted list Tuesday.

Chanyun Pech, 47, is accused of having sex with his ex-girlfriend’s daughter multiple times over a few years. Officers say it happened when the girl was between the ages of 6 and 12.

A $3 million warrant was issued for Pech’s arrest, but investigators say he fled the state in August.

Pech returned to Stockton in October, according to police, to visit family. A U.S. Marshal’s task force helped officers track Pech down Tuesday.

Pech was then arrested and booked into jail.
