West Sac Hit-and-Run Suspect Turns Himself In

Police in West Sacramento have announced that one of the suspects wanted in a hit-and-run that took the life of a 58-year-old man has turned himself in.

Joshua Neil Anthon, a 31-year-old Rio Linda resident, surrendered to detectives around 5 p.m. Thursday. He is facing one count of murder.

The incident happened around 9:40 p.m. at the Low Cost Liquor store parking lot off of Sacramento Avenue. A motor home apparently hit and killed a man now identified by the Yolo County Coroner’s Office as West Sacramento resident Michael Ray Anderson

Police are still looking for a woman also seen in surveillance footage from Tuesday night. She has been identified as as 33-year-old Sacramento resident Pamela Nicole McKee. She is considered a person of interest.
