(CNN) — Josh Romney, one of 2012 Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney’s five sons, is highlighting some heroic efforts.

“Was first on scene to big accident, see pic of car in the house. I lifted 4 people out to safety. All ok. Thankful,” he tweeted Friday with a picture of himself standing in front of the wreckage, smiling.

CNN affiliate KUTV in Salt Lake City reports that a car crashed through a house in the city of Holladay, Utah Thursday. Police say the driver veered off the road while exiting interstate 215. While the the family inside the house was shaken up, there was no loss of life or injuries. Police say a medical condition may have caused the driver to crash but the accident is under investigation.

This isn’t the first time a car has crashed in the area and transportation officials are discussing making changes to prevent this from happening again.

While some in the twitterverse were impressed, thanking the Utah resident for his stellar feat, others thought his smile in the photo he tweeted out seemed a bit misplaced considering the horrific scene behind him.
