Health Officials Confirm Fourth Sacramento County Flu Death

Sacramento County Public Heath officials confirmed that a fourth person has died from the flu.

A 46-year-old man was killed by H1N1, Public Health’s Laura McCasland said Wednesday.

McCasland added that a reported 20 people are currently in intensive care units across the county. Some had underlying health issues prior to their hospitalization.

Health officials say that despite flu season being in full swing, it’s not too late to be vaccinated.
