A 24-year-old Stockton man was killed Monday morning when he was hit by a septic tank truck on French Camp Road near Highway 99.

According to CHP, the truck driver did not have the right of way when making a left hand turn onto Frontage Road, which resulted in the collision with the motorcyclist.

The man on the bike was then struck by a mini van. Investigators do not know if it was the truck, van or a combination of both that killed the 24-year-old.

Highway Patrol is also looking into the possibility that the driver of the truck was driving on a suspended license.
