Paul Robins speaks with Sergio Garcia, the first undocumented immigrant to practice law in California.

During his interview with Paul Robins, Garcia took on frequently asked questions and concerns brought up since the state Supreme Court ruled he can practice law.

Garcia was brought to California by his parents when he was a baby, after leaving for several years in his teens, he return and attended college.

He told FOX40, contrary to what some people have accused him of, he has a legitimate Social Security Number and has paid his taxes.
