Sacramento Beer Week concludes with Capitol Beerfest on March 9.

Beer fans rejoice! Sacramento’s 5th Annual Beer Week is finally here.

More than 100 breweries are taking part in the week long event.

Event organizers guarantee a wide variety of local products to keep everyone tapped-in, from the casual beer enthusiast, to those with a more sophisticated palate.

“There’s something for everybody,” said Dan Scott, founder and director of Sacramento Beer Week. “There are going to be beers you’ve never had before, no matter how many beers you’ve had.”

The week concludes with Capitol Beerfest on March 9, an event that saw more than 3,500 attendees last year.

For those looking to navigate the event-packed week, local group “Beers in Sac” is pitching in. The company’s website allows you to search by craft beer or bar, to find the best beers on tap during the week.
