Crews Battle 3-Alarm Grass Fire in Pittsburg

PITTSBURG-

Crews in Contra Costa County are battling a three-alarm grass fire in Pittsburg.

The fire started near West 10th Street around 4 p.m.

The Contra Costa Fire Protection District tweeted that no structures were reported to be threatened.

As of post time, there was no word on how the fire started.

The fire was contained around 7 p.m. It had grown to 35 to 40 acres.
