A big rig collided with a car before crashing into a Jack In The Box drive-thru Wednesday morning in Ceres.
Remarkably, only two people were hurt.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital for minor to moderate injuries. Officers said only employees were in the restaurant at the time of the crash. They were in the back kitchen and were not injured.
“I cannot believe someone got out of there with just a broken arm,” truck driver Darren Nunes said. He was shocked when he learned of the crash.
The crash caused traffic delays near the restaurant, at the Hatch and Mitchell Road intersection.
