Firefighters were busy Tuesday morning following three vehicle fires in Sacramento.

The first two happened around 5:30 near 47th Avenue and 27th Street.

When firefighters arrived they found a vehicle in front of the Superior Auto Repair shop engulfed in flames.

The fire caused damage to the outside of the repair shop and a car inside the shop to melt.

At the same time, a vehicle across the street was also engulfed in flames.

Police are investigating both fires as an arson case, and both fires started outside the car.

About an hour later, crews were called to Elvas Avenue near Folsom Boulevard where an RV was on fire.

Firefighters say a propane tank attached to the RV was leaking.

As for what caused the fire, that is still under investigation.

Firefighters do not believe the RV fire and the two south sac vehicle fires are connected.
