SACRAMENTO-

A shooting Tuesday night led to the normally busy Alta-Arden Expressway to be shut down.

According to a Sheriff’s Department spokesperson, Sergeant Lisa Bowman, two men were shot at an apartment complex in an apparent drive-by.

The two drove away and crashed into a median in front of the In-N-Out restaurant, and the passenger ran inside for help.

The man died a short time later, Bowman said.

Sheriff’s deputies are on scene, investigating.

There were no other reported injuries.
