Paul Robin's learns how to make Chef Jourdan's Wine Country Burger as Chef Jourdan Desanctis gears up for the Sacramento Burger Battle.
Chef Jourdan's Wine Country Burger
Makes 4 Servings
4 ea Chef`s Line Pat La Freida Chuck and short rib beef patty 6 oz each
4 ea Chef`s Line high gloss artisan bun
4 oz Allouette Crème of Brie
2 oz Rykoff balsamic and red onion jam
8 slices Jalapeno bacon
Toast buns on both sides and season the patties with kosher salt and pepper.
Place the patties on the grill and cook till medium rare.
Smear a half ounce of the onion jam on each bottom bun and place the patty on top of the jam.
Spoon an ounce of the crème of brie on each patty and top with crisp jalapeno bacon.
Place the top bun on top of the bacon and enjoy!
