Two Arrested, 200 Pounds of Marijuana Seized

Turlock Police detectives served a search warrant and found over 200 lbs. of marijuana inside a home.

The detectives, along with members of the Turlock Narcotics Enforcement Team, served a search warrant in the 1300 block of Picard Lane. Once inside, the detectives found hundreds of pounds of marijuana being processed.

According to the Turlock Police Department, once processed the marijuana would have an estimated street value of over $40,000.

In addition to the marijuana, detectives also found two guns, one of which was an illegal assault rifle.

Two arrests were made. Jamie Blancas, 28, was arrested and booked for possession for sales of marijuana, possession of an assault weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a stunt gun and child endangerment. Ana Blancas, 27, was taken in for possession for sales of marijuana.
