After Wednesday and Thrusday’s near 80 degree warmth, a Halloween storm arrives early Friday for much of the Valley.  The best rain happens before noon but Darren outlines how likely it is trick or treaters will need an umbrella as well as how low the snow will get in the sierra this weekend.
