The glass ceiling isn't only in the workplace. When it comes to retirement, many women find themselves living in poverty - and it's even more difficult for women of color. According to the American Center Progress, 60% of women of color will retire in poverty compared to only 12% of white women. And many women have no retirement savings whatsoever.
