Two pundits, related by blood but divided by politics, were scolded by their mother on television.
Brad and Dallas Woodhouse did not expect mom to call during their appearance on C-SPAN’s Washington Journal.
“I was very glad that this Thanksgiving was the year that you two were supposed to go to your in-laws. I hope you’ll have some of this out of your system when you come here for Christmas,” she said. “I would really like a peaceful Christmas. And I love you both.”
The Woodhouse brothers are the subject of the documentary “Woodhouse Divided,” focusing on families of differing political ideologies getting together for the holidays.
Brad heads the liberal group Americans United for Change. Dallas is the head of the conservative group Carolina Rising.
