Chef Keith Breedlove of Culinerdy Cruzer stopped by to whip up a delicious pork belly and farro grits dish,  and discuss his exciting new plans underway including truck catering and cooking classes held right inside his truck. The classes start at $75 per person for a 2-session and focus on various areas of interest from knife skills, meat cookery and desserts.
