Isleton has a population of 804.

That's why when someone stole from Pineapple Restaurant on Main Street, owner Yee Low was in shock.

“It is very safe here. I have owned this place for over 30 years. No one ever took anything,” Low told FOX40.

Surveillance video from Thursday afternoon show four women enter Low’s restaurant.

“One asked to go to the bathroom,” she said.

Instead, surveillance video shows the woman going in to the back kitchen, and snatching Low’s Dooney & Bourke purse.

Inside of that purse was money, a checkbook, an iPhone and irreplaceable items.

"I just want the things I can't replace, like pictures. She keeps all her baby pics in there,”  Macy, Low's daughter, told FOX40.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department confirmed investigators responded to the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the restaurant.

Investigators were able to ping Low's cell phone to a location in Los Angeles.
