After nearly two weeks in the hospital, the man accused of killing three teenagers in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 80 has been booked into jail.

Aaron Caudillo, 24, was booked on felony charges of DUI, exceeding the legal blood alcohol limit and gross vehicular manslaughter while driving intoxicated.

Investigators say Caudillo crossed into the wrong way on I-80 near Madison Avenue and hit a car carrying 19-year-old Matthew Azar, 18-year-old Kendra Langham and 18-year-old Matthew Beardwitt.

All three teens were killed on impact, according to the CHP.
