Deputies were called to Watt and El Camino for reports of a burglary at Country Club Lanes. When deputies got inside, investigators say they found a man asleep but he did not match the description from the call.

The man became confrontational when deputies tried to wake him, investigators said. During the encounter, a deputy hurt his ankle and the man was taken into custody.

The man was later identified as 25-year-old Carl Randolph. He was charged for resisting an executive order and outstanding warrants.

It's unclear what happened to the initial burglary suspect.
