RANCHO CORDOVA-

Rancho Cordova-based Aerojet Rocketdyne hosted very special guests this week. NASA and Orion spacecraft leadership stopped by the facility to celebrate the successful exploration flight test.

The mission happened last December. Aerojet Rocketdyne created the instruments needed to drive the spacecraft, from launch to re-entry.

The company says they've seen a rise in interest in the space field, thanks to recent successes in space exploration.
