A man was arrested for allegedly taking pictures of teens in a locker room at Solano Community College.

FAIRFIELD-

A man reportedly taking pictures of young women in a locker room, was chased and caught by parents at a swim meet in Fairfield. Saturday afternoon, a female swimmer told her mom about a man in the locker room at Solano Community College who was filming the underage girls participating in the swim meet.

As the man left the locker room, he was pointed out by the girl to her mother. The woman chased the man, and recruited other parents to help chase, and eventually stop him.

Several parents kept the man in the gym lobby until Solano County Sheriff’s deputies arrived and took him into custody. Deputies say the man, 33-year-old Jason Ray Paner of Sacramento, had several images of girls from the locker room on his phone.

A search warrant was also issued for Paner’s other electronic devices at his home. He was booked into jail for possession of obscene matter depicting a minor and burglary. He faces a burglary charge because investigators believe he entered the locker room at Solano Community College with the intent to photograph the young ladies.

This is an ongoing investigation, and investigators ask anyone with information to call them at (707) 784-7050.
