Salida Man Wanted for Vandalism, Hate Crime

Stanislaus County Sheriff’s deputies hope home surveillance images and the public can help them track down a man suspected of committing a hate crime.

According to investigators, the young man vandalized a car and garage door at a home on Sun West Drive late Saturday night.

The suspect is described as a white man in his late teens or early 20s with a thin build and black hair. He was seen wearing a black jacket and shirt, and blue jeans.
