Vacaville Parolee Busted for Night Vision Goggles, Guns

A Vacaville parolee was arrested Saturday night after a police chase ended on foot.

Officers attempted to stop the car he was driving in the 1400 block of E. Monte Vista Avenue.

Caliguri fled north on Allison Drive and began throwing items out the window of his car.

He eventually lost control of his car and fled on food before being caught on Browns Valley Parkway.

Among the items thrown from the car were two guns, as well as guns and night vision goggles.

It is unknown what Caliguri planned to do with those items, but he is currently on parole for robbery, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon and terrorist threats.

Caliguri was arrested for evading, gun and parole violation charges.
