Randy Francis, Alleged Mom Beater, Now in Police Custody

STOCKTON-

Police in Berkeley arrested Stockton suspect Randy Francis without incident on Thursday morning. Officers also found the stolen 2004 Chevy Silverado.

The Stockton Police Department says Randy Francis, 55 and of Stockton, went in to his mothers apartment on March 14th. He and another man allegedly attacked one man in the apartment, tied him up and took away his car keys. Francis then allegedly went into his 86-year-old mother’s bedroom and brutally assaulted her. She is still in critical condition.

Francis is being transported back to Stockton to be interviewed by detectives.
