STOCKTON-

For the second day in a row nearly 700 PG&E customers in Stockton are still with out power after a San Joaquin County employee drove into power poles Monday morning, according to CHP.

"It's something we take for granted, I though power would just always be there," said Clara Wilbon who lives in a sub division that is still power less.

PG&E believes all power will be restored by 6 p.m. Tuesday Evening, 11 hours later than its original estimation of 7 a.m. Tuesday Morning.
