Equipment Stolen from Modesto Fire Station

Firefighters in Modesto took to social media on Wednesday after they say thieves stole fire equipment from one of their stations.

According to the Woodland Avenue Firefighters Association, fire equipment was stolen from their station on Hart Road.

They are seeking the public’s help, asking if anybody saw a vehicle parked in front of the station. If you know any details about the robbery, or see someone trying to sell fire equipment, contact the fire department or Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department.

Below is a list of the items reported stolen:

  • 5 portable radios
  • 1 mask
  • Brass bag
  • Rit bag
  • Life vests
  • Med bag
  • Spanner wrenches
  • 4 wildland web gear
