Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the shooting of a 30-year-old man in Folsom.

Greg Ashman, 27, of El Dorado Hills, was arrested Wednesday in Reno, Nevada.

Officers with the Folsom Police Department responded to reports of a shooting on Sutter Street near Scott Street at 12:45 a.m. on Easter Sunday.

Police found a victim who had been shot at the entrance of a business. Witnesses said there had been an argument prior to the shooting.

Investigators obtained a warrant for Ashman’s arrest after they found out he may have been involved in Sunday’s shooting.

Ashman is being held without bail at the Washoe County Jail pending extradition to California.

Frank Sierras, 24, of El Dorado Hills was also arrested in connection to the shooting and was booked into the Sacramento County Jail on Monday on charges of attempted murder. He is being held on $1 million  bail.
