Wanted Parolee Arrested After Short Pursuit

After reports of gun shots being heard around 10:20 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Lindley Drive.

Upon arrival, officers found 3 people and evidence indicating damage from a firearm.

One subject, Derrick Jones, 42, fled from the officers and after a short pursuit the he remained uncooperative.

Jones was eventually arrested for violation of parole and resisting arrest.
