In today's Family Matters, Mae is discussing an issue schools across the nation have. The substitute teacher shortage in the Sacramento and across the country continues. A former elementary school principal -- Ilesha Graham at Campus Chair, University of Phoenix Sacramento Valley Campus of College Education -- in the Elk Grove Unified School District will elaborate on how the shortage is still a big issue today, and what changes are being made to address the lack of substitute teachers in the classroom.
