Las Vegas Police: Citrus Heights Woman’s Death was Not Homicide

Las Vegas Police say the death of Citrus Heights woman found dead in a hotel laundry chute was not the result of a homicide.

Kalli Medina-Brown, 26, was found at the base of the D Hotel laundry chute early Sunday morning. Investigators say Medina-Brown fell from the 18th floor to the 3rd floor.

While Medina-Brown's death was initially believed to be suspicious, detectives now say there is no indication that any crime happened.
