Sacramento’s Ace of Spades nightclub was bought by Live Nation, the club’s former owner confirmed to FOX40.

Now former owners Eric Rushing and Bret Bair will stay at the club as employees of Live Nation. Rushing said the club will be expanded with a new room.

Live Nation owns and operates all House of Blues locations in the country, along with San Francisco’s iconic Fillmore auditorium and the Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland.

Rushing says Ace of Spades will keep its name.
